34 years Energy Industry experience. Qualified as a Scientific Software Developer and entered the Upstream industry in 1987 developing G&G applications. Still very passionate about technologies and their application across E&P. Completed MBA in 1995 and set up Working Smart in 1996 - first online recruitment company in the world for upstream O&G. Specialist agency providing staff and contractors at all levels from graduates to board level.
Actively involved in various industry initiatives.
