As Global Head of ERP for Trafigura Puma-Energy Ben led the integration and IT Enabled Organisational Change Management of 10 downstream and midstream Oil companies immediately following acquisition. These national companies include America, Vietnam, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and 3 downstream oil companies in Australia. Ben's experience in Upstream Oil includes consultancy and ERP master data management.

Ben has directed SAP ERP and NAV ERP projects in Africa, Asia, America, Australia, Europe and Eastern Europe as Global Head of ERP in Trafigura Puma Energy and as Deloitte Partner in Charge of ERP Central Europe.

Ben's experience of directing software offshoring and near shoring includes India, Philippines and Eastern Europe.
