When oil and gas operators want to count and report their total emissions from a project, they need to include the emissions 'embedded' in the products they buy. These are part of the 'scope 3' (value chain) emissions.

The challenge is that the number of possible emission sources is unlimited and not all of the data is available. So you need a common sense approach to trying to include as many of the large sources, and as much available data, and making estimates for the rest, or working on the basis it is too small to count.

In this webinar we'll illustrate this with the challenge of an oil and gas operator working out the emissions.

We'll discuss a method for mapping out the emissions, methods that the emissions can be audited by an external body, and where these systems will be progressing.
