Full Agenda

Friday, March 5, 2021

Carbon Capture & Storage has been for some while a technology that's been said to be much in need but has never arrived. A bit of a 'Cinderella' that has either not been scaled up sufficiently or not had its costs driven down - with the net result that it has been perceived as 'uneconomic'.

However, views are changing as the Majors - at least the European ones - respond to pressure over emissions; as a result there are now two strongly backed CCS projects in NW Europe, one in the UK and one in Norway.

Rather than focussing on the technicalities of CCS - which are adequately dealt with here - this Webinar will review all the latest developments in this rapidly emerging, and changing, field.
