Jennifer Bates

Jennifer Bates is a Latin America analyst for PGI’s Geopolitical Intelligence team, where she focuses on economic, political and security risks in the Latin America region for clients in the extractives industries. In this role, her projects have included research on the security risks faced by IOCs in Mexico and barriers to investment in Cuba’s oil sector. Prior to joining PGI, she completed an MSc in International Relations. She is a fluent Spanish speaker.
