James Buckley

James is a New Ventures Geoscientist in CGG's Multi-Client & New Ventures team.
He is 24 years old, and completed his MSc in Petroleum Geoscience from Royal Holloway in September 2012. Since graduating, he has been working as a New Ventures Geoscientist at CGG. His MSc independent project revolved around understanding carbonate facies distribution in the pre-salt of the Santos Basin – the aim is to take this research to the next level, providing an interesting insight into the future of this exciting exploration frontier.
