Ivan Karpenko

Ivan Karpenko Iis a Head of Regional Exploration at Naftogaz Group (state-owned NOC) - leading a team of explorers looking for hydrocarbons in frontier deep-water Black sea and mature plays in Dnieper-Donets basin. He has been at Naftogaz since 2016 as a senior upstream analyst, project manager and regional exploration team lead. He has also worked with PETROPLY and Regal Petroleum in Kiev. He has a Phd in Petroleum Systems of the Southern Border of Dnieper-Donets basin from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiev.
