Talk Description Crafting, evaluating and executing sophisticated management strategies for various segments of your mature inventory has become mission critical. Appropriate strategies vary widely depending on the profile associated within an inventory segment. At the core, resetting of ERP/EAM reorder levels (to correctly match current item demand) can improve inventory performance (service levels), significantly reduce operational costs and reduce risk. We will explore this problem along with viable solution models in our presentation.
