Downhole camera company EV spreads around the world

Aberdeen based 'EV', a company which develops downhole and pipeline cameras for the oil and gas industry, reports that it is setting up bases in the US, Scandinavia and Far East.

The company has set up bases in Oklahoma, Texas and Colorado, to complement its existing US base in Louisiana, and plans another base in West Virginia.

It has made a partnership with distribution companies in Norway and Denmark.

It has opened a new operational base in Malaysia.

The company also produces the 'Neptus' wireless subsea camera. It is seeing particularly strong demand for its coil tubing cameras.
