The Geological Society

Despite the maturity of the field, we hear that North West Europe is one of the most active places in the world for oilfield transactions. It has benefits that other parts of the world don't have, with easy access to skilled professionals and suppliers, and large amounts of infrastructure paid for long ago. But business is not moving as fast as some people - including the OGA - would like. Are people thinking too linearly? Can the situation be improved?
